MIM (Metal Injection molding) is a brand new and sophisticated technology in inj. molding industry

Through compounding the plastic plus metal powder plus the specific additions, use the injection machines to form the parts from the mold.

After getting the molded parts, need to deliver to the high temperature oven to melt out the plastic and let the metal powder join together tightly thought the high temperature. Then you get the good parts just 95% like the real metal parts.

Different kinds of metal that you can choose – such as Fe-2% Ni, Fe-8% Ni, 4605, M2, stainless steel 316L, 17-4PH and Kovar
